Meet the instructors at Dynamic Martial Arts of
Bloomington-Normal
 Sifu Mike Adams
Sifu Mike Adams is one of the most respected (and one of the most senior) WingTsun instructors in America today.
He has trained in several martial arts since 1976.
He began his WingTsun training in Austin, Texas in 1980, the first time Great
Grandmaster Leung Ting came to America from Hong Kong. He is a To-Dai ("Kung Fu son") of Great Grandmaster Leung Ting.
Sifu Adams has been teaching WingTsun professionally in
Illinois since 1988, and is the father of WingTsun in the Midwest. He is a founding member of the International WingTsun Association - North American Section, and serves on the Board of Directors as the Midwest Coordinator.
Sifu Adams has trained many leading WingTsun instructors
in America today. In addition to Dynamic Martial Arts' headquarters
school in Bloomington, Illinois, Sifu Adams has schools in Chicago and the
Chicago suburbs and affiliate schools in Indianapolis and Columbus, Indiana.
In addition to teaching martial arts, Mike Adams has a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering
Technology and is a computer systems analyst at State Farm Insurance. He is
48 years old, and is married with two children.
Sihing Steve
Jurovic
Sihing Steve Jurovic has been involved in the martial arts for many years, and has studied Judo, Karate and boxing in addition to WingTsun. He was first introduced to WingTsun Kung Fu in 1989 in San Antonio, Texas.
Steve became a student of Sifu Adams in 1999. In addition to teaching martial arts,
he is a mid-level manager at
State Farm Insurance. He is 42 years old, and is married with three children.
Sihing Dan Baik
Sihing Dan Baik has also been involved in martial arts for
many years. In addition to WingTsun Kung Fu, Dan is a Black Belt in Tae
Kwon Do. Dan has been a student of Sifu Mike Adams in WingTsun since
2001. Dan is particularly skilled at teaching children, and is the primary
instructor of our children's WingTsun Kung Fu classes at Dynamic Martial Arts of
Bloomington-Normal. When not teaching or training, Dan is a student at ISU
in Normal, Illinois.
